Initial situation

  • After the merger of two group organization the posterior merger of the two decentralized IT organization occurred
  • The new combined IT organization shall be parallel integrated into the central IT organization of the group

Content

  • Lead of the Project Management Offices (PMO)
  • Contribution in the subprojects “HR & Workers Council” and “Communication & Change”
  • Project planning for the whole project as well as for the subprojects
  • Project reporting (status report, steering committee, risk reports, workers council information, cash flow forecast, etc.) to all levels of the group
  • Planning and management of the project budget
  • Planning, management and execution of the transfer of operation (§613a BGB) for over 100 employees
  • Execution and controlling of the new labor contract creation for over 100 employees
  • Planning and execution of team events for the staff of the organizational unit
